  • Can I pre-book and do you take walk ins?

    Yes, we accept pre-bookings and walk ins. For groups of 6 or more, we only accept pre-bookings. At extremely busy times we may not be able to accomodate walk ins so booking in advance is advised.

  • Can I book for a group bigger than 6?

    Yes, you can only pre-book with a group of 6 or more.

  • I didn’t get a confirmation email or message?

    We are sorry to hear you didn’t receive your confirmation! Please check your junk inbox and if there is no luck, call or email us and one of our members of staff will be happy to help with your inquiry.

  • I want to cancel my booking, what is your cancellation policy?

    If for any reason you are unable to attend, please try to let us know 24 hours in advance and get in touch via phone call.

  • I want to come earlier than the time I booked for?

    If you would like to show up earlier than the set booking, please call us to let us know. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to seat you any earlier or later than your allocated time.

  • What is the dress code?

    Smart casual and no sports wear.

  • Do you offer Dairy Free / Gluten Free / Kosher / Halal food?

    We do, please take a look at our menu or speak to one of our members of staff and they will be happy to advise.

  • Do you cater for Vegetarian / Vegans?

    Yes we do, please take a look at our menu or speak to one of our members of staff and they will be happy to advise.

  • Are children allowed to come to the lounge?

    Children are allowed in to the lounge as long as they are supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Are you COVID Secure?

    Yes, we are complying with the Government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with our staff. We have cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance. We have taken all reasonable steps to help customers keep a 2m/1m distance in our premises. Where staff and customers cannot keep 2m apart, we have done everything possible to manage transmission risk.

  • Service Charge?

    A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
